• PLC controlled Kneaders with conveyers, extruders and cutters
• PLC controlled and monitored Uni-drive Mixing Mills (16’x42’)
• Preformer Machine

MOULDING PLANT

In keeping with the growing competitiveness and the latest manufacturing practices, we have installed the best injection and vacuum compression moulding machines from across the globe.
• 12 x DESMA Rubber Injection Moulding machines; from 160 T to 250 T with an injection volume of up to 2.7 litres
• 40 x TungYu Vacuum Compression Moulding stations; from 100 T to 250 T
• 5 x PLC controlled 300 T Compression Moulding machines; with a platten size of 30’ x 30’
• 15 x Conventional Transfer and Compression Moulding stations; from 100 T to 250 T
